01 — The problem
You save a link. Six months later you have a URL, no name, no skills, no rate, and no memory of why they mattered. The good ones end up in a folder called Later.
A bookmark keeps the URL
And drops the name, the skills, the software, the rate and every reason you saved them.
A spreadsheet needs you
Every field, typed by hand, every time. Which is why it stops getting filled in by week three.
History forgets faster than you
Ninety days of browsing, gone, and the one profile you needed went with it.
02 — How it works
01
Find
Browse ArtStation, Behance, Dribbble, Cara, The Rookies, Coroflot or Vimeo exactly as you already do.
02
Save
Hit Save to Artkive. The whole profile lands in your roster — bio, skills, software, rate, availability, links.
03
Find again
Search and filter across everything you saved, months later, offline, in a fraction of a second.
03 — What you get
A capable free extension — no upsell, no subscription, no tier above this one.
One-click capture
Save a profile from seven platforms with the whole record — name, bio, skills, software, rate, availability and links.
Search and filter
Instant local search across name, bio, skills, software and location, with filters for platform, skill, country, rating and rate.
Inspiration board
Drag in reference images, grab them from the right-click menu or the batch picker, or screenshot the tab you’re on.
Website bookmarks
Save a page with its title, favicon and a local screenshot, plus the colour palette and typography pulled from it.
Jobs pipeline
Move artists through Selection, Contacted, Interview, Test Task and Signed on a board inside the extension.
Tags that write themselves
Offline heuristics tag every save. Add your own Anthropic key and AI suggestions arrive pending approval — never auto-applied.
Ratings and rates
Star artists one to five and record hourly or daily rates, normalised to USD per hour so filters actually compare.
Export anytime
Your roster exports to JSON and re-imports by profile URL, keeping the tags and notes you added locally.
04 — Coverage
Reference images and page bookmarks work on any site. One-click profile capture is tuned per platform, so it reads the fields each one actually exposes.

05 — Privacy
No account, no server, no analytics
Your roster lives in your browser’s local database and nowhere else. There is no backend that could receive it.
It asks for access to all sites at install
Chrome shows you that warning. It’s the honest cost of a side panel that can capture whatever tab you’re on, and we’d rather name it than bury it.
That access is only used when you act
Nothing is read in the background. The script that runs on its own is limited to the seven supported platforms, independent of the permission above.
Screenshots never leave the device
Pages you bookmark are captured and downscaled locally, then stored in your browser. They are never uploaded.
One optional outbound path
Supply your own Anthropic API key and profile text goes to api.anthropic.com for tag suggestions. Off by default, and yours to revoke.

07 — Questions
Is it free?
Yes, and it stays free. There is no paid tier, no trial and nothing to subscribe to.
Which sites does one-click capture work on?
ArtStation, Behance, Dribbble, Cara, The Rookies, Coroflot and Vimeo. Reference images and page bookmarks work on any page.
Why does it need access to every website?
The capture tools run from a side panel that stays open as you move between tabs, and Chrome’s per-click permission never reaches the tab you’re looking at from there. Granting it at install is what makes capture work first time.
Where does my data actually live?
In your browser’s local storage, on the machine you saved it from. Nothing syncs, because there is nothing to sync to.
Can I get my data back out?
Export the whole roster to JSON whenever you like. Re-importing merges by profile URL and keeps the tags and notes you added.
